Below we have highlighted the most important things to know at this time:
• Bill Pay and Home Banking are now unavailable. Your existing payees and payment history will transfer to the new system when it goes live, and any bills set to pay will still go out.
• Our new Online Banking system will go live on Tuesday, October 26th at approximately 10:00 AM. When you first log in, you will use your existing User ID and the primary accountholder's last SIX digits of their Social Security Number. You will be prompted to create new security questions and change your password.
• Our current Chocolate Bayou Mobile app, Audio Annie (phone response), ATMs, debit cards, and credit cards will be unaffected during the conversion time.
