1: Acceptable “government issued photo ID’s:” State issued driver’s license; License to Carry; or Military ID.

2A: Acceptable “second forms of ID’s” for adults: Social security card; debit cards; credit cards; car insurance card; call (281) 331-2253 for additional or alternative forms of acceptable identification.

2B: Acceptable “second forms of ID’s” for High School Students: School schedule or report card can be accepted in addition to list provided in ‘2A’ above.

3: Student ID card required for college students who wish to waive the monthly service fee on a checking account
